Her O2 is at 80.

Heart rate is irregular.

She's having shortness of breath.

Her fingertips are blue and her lips are blue.

Requesting to use the front door at Northern Mahaska Nursing and Rehab, (number withheld) Crestview Drive.

They did advise she's about 400 pounds.
