We're about 12 from your facility with a confused 75-year-old female who had an unwitnessed fall.

They think about down 15 steps.

Husband was upstairs, she was at the top of the steps.

He went in another room and next thing he knew she was at the bottom unresponsive.

Right now GCS for me is 1-4.

Sounds like there is some ETOH involved.

She had no complaint while it.

Blood pressure 111 over seventy-seven.

Sinus on the monitor is 200 and forty-four.

Right now, her chief complaint is tailbone pain.

She's got a cut to her right elbow area that we have some bleeding controlled.

And she's got a pretty good bump on the back of her head.
