This is 1143, we're en route with an 84, 84 year old female coming from long term care.

Chief complaint is going to be chest pain and shortness of breath.

Starting just before arrival, she rated it at a ten.

Staff gave 300 and twenty-four of aspirin and .4 of nitro before we got there.

Patient was quite hypertensive on our arrival,
