We are currently inbound with a 76, 76 year old male coming from the Owen Clinic.

Chief complaint of chest pain, nausea, and lethargy, tachycardia.

Did a 12 lead.

It said right bundle branch block with atrial tachycardia according to the 12 or according to the life pack.

He was very hypertensive.

He's still fairly hypertensive.

Current at 100 and sixty-eight over seventy-two.

Initial was 217 over ninety-two.

Four baby aspirins have been administered.

We do have IV access.

Eighteen gauge in the left AC.

Gave four zofran.

Did do one spray of nitro.

And patient is on two liters of oxygen.

Current set of vitals: blood pressure 100 and sixty-eight over seventy-two, pulse of 118 , respirations are 20 , O2 saturations at ninety-nine percent on two liters.
