Oklahoma driver constantly drive way over the speed limit. I’m sure speed and weather caused this. Probably hydroplaning into the barrier. SUV or Truck with 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive or big tires will prevent a loss of traction, 50 -55 mph is about the limit on wet roads less if it’s heavy rain. 4 wheel drive won’t work if it’s upside down.
