I don’t really know what happened, but it looked to be a car-pedestrian collision, with a person that had both legs amputated prior to today’s incident, but had one that was a prosthesis (the building is a pain center) and he was using crutches, or maybe one of his family members was involved. I work next door to where it happened, and one of my coworkers saw someone being put in the back of a police vehicle, and the vehicle was later towed. The person left in a rideshare.
