Teen reports abuse by father at school counselor

He's going to go to the counselor's office.

There's this (name withheld), there's a (number withheld) year old male who's saying that he's being mentally and physically abused by his father, but he lives with his grandparents who has guardianship of him.

None of the parents have been notified.

Received LVS has been contacted five days ago.
