Investigation into fraudulent use of credit card

I spoke with the caller, got what information I needed.

I obtained a grand jury subpoena.

Appalachian Wireless here in Paintsville.

Those forms are going to the legal department.

Once I get the records back and I can see who was using the card, then I'll draw a case number for whatever I need to get one for, probably fraudulent use of credit card.

They said they should have it for me in the next week or so.
