Man possibly stole wire from open electrical vault

It's going to be the box that is south of E Twain Ave on Paradise Rd, on the west side of the road.

The vault underneath is open and we had somebody on scene stating that there was a homeless man possibly inside the vault.

He's not there anymore and he was possibly stealing wire or attempting
