Started complaining of some chest pain at 930 .

She rated chest pain of four out of ten.

It was a gradual onset.

She's been having chest pain on and off.

Got discharged from Camden today.

12 lead shows widespread elevation.

She has, sorry, she has a right bundle branch block and a 1st degree.

She was at Camden for an MI.

She got a balloon pump placed, and then they took it out and discharged her.

She has no other complaints other than the mild chest pain.

Current vitals as follows:

83 sinus on the monitor, 100% on her normal four liters.

Blood pressure 152 over 72, respirations 18, non-labored, lung sounds are clear and equal on both sides.
