Welfare check for man threatening self-harm

We're getting a welfare check, Mudgett Road in Parsonsfield.

Have a caller advising her daughter's on the phone with her friend, a belligerent subject, stating that he is threatening to shoot himself, not making any sense.

He's supposedly driving around.

He is known to have firearms and it's unknown where he is exactly driving.
