Security check after 911 open line at residence

Originally came in as a 911 open line with an ex saying she had an emergency.

There was a slight language barrier.

Call taker could hear a verbal in the background.

It looked like we tried to call her a couple different times, and now she's advising she doesn't need help at the residence.
