Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned areas, up to 1 " of rain has already fallen, and an additional rainfall amount of 1 " or possible in the warned areas.

Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

Some locations will experience flash flooding at the Prince Gallitzin State Park.
