As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a home on Spring Gap Road for a welfare check after a neighbor reported hearing children screaming and one child saying, “Why did you hit me?” The caller did not know the residents’ names and requested that the people inside be checked on. The situation appears to involve a possible family dispute or child abuse concern.
