Mother removes child from vehicle and drives away

The mother of the RP's child, (name withheld), pulled the (number withheld)-year-old juvenile out of the RP's vehicle and took off with him.

She's a white female, 48, wearing a green sweater and jeans.

Left in a blue Chevy pickup truck northbound on Main, unknown plate.

RP said they were there, heard something to do with a Halloween costume, and she just took off with him.

Again, I'm not sure if this is going to be a civil issue or not.
