Reckless passing complaint on Highway 12 near Pennock

Transferred over from Swift, they do not have a 28, but the caller believes it's a Ford Escape, possibly white in color, eastbound Highway 12 at a high rate of speed and almost caused a head-on crash when they were making an unsafe pass.
