Complaint over bright event lights at ranch

This is at the Four U Ranch.

They're having an event.

The lights are currently on and distributing light for miles, which complainants advise they're absolutely not able to do, and they would like the lights shut down.

Again, this is 3158 West 5000 North in Peoa.
