Boxcar continuing, it's a brown cab cattle hauler with an Iowa plate (number withheld).

Car's advising it's driving aggressively, weaving in and out of traffic, speeding up to 90 miles an hour, almost hit a vehicle.

Complaint is still following, 1053 to 1112 hours.
