Resident reports intimidating behavior at facility

My caller's a resident.

He said he's in the smoking area and he's having issues with another resident who is evidently yelling and screaming at him, or he has in the past at least.Said he's very intimidating and he just needs to talk to somebody about it.

He'll be outside in the smoking area.
