Group blocking roadway and causing disturbance

Five four four.

Five four four, got a caller on the line advising about ten or eleven young adults with side by sides blocking the roadway, parking in no parking zones, just causing a disturbance there.

Address is actually going to be (number withheld) Judy Street, my apologies.

Ten four, I'll be extended.

But I'll be around.

Ten four.
