Child heard yelling for help near Decoration Drive

RP is on her back porch.

She's not really sure exactly where it's coming from, but she does hear a child screaming, "Help me!"

I don't like the child was possibly (number withheld) to (number withheld) years old, and yelling, "Don't take me into the house," and for someone to call the police.
