Family dispute over locked belongings at home

I'm going to have a civil issue for you at (number withheld) Echo Valley Road.

Caller's advising that she returned to that residence today to find her belongings locked up, not able to get access to them.

She believes that's her sister that did this, and she would like to speak to a deputy about it.
