Caller reports a man in his mid-fifties repeatedly driving around a small neighborhood near East Kaler Drive. He is said to use either a white sport utility vehicle or a light blue sport utility vehicle. The license plate on the white vehicle has been removed. The man sometimes parks and sits in the area for a while, and residents do not know who he is.
