People living in parked vehicles near 71st Drive

A caller reports that two vehicles, a red Jeep and a silver sport utility vehicle, have been parked near North 71st Drive for about two months. The caller says people are living inside these vehicles. The caller also mentions a white camper that arrives at night to drop off more belongings but is not there at the moment. No one is available to speak with officers.
