Man hitting residents outside apartment building

Officers are sent to an address near North Central Avenue at the Westward Ho for reports of a man in his thirties with many tattoos, wearing a gray shirt and black pants. He is behaving aggressively toward residents outside the building and is reported to be hitting people in the face. He has no known weapons and was last seen on the east side of the building. An unarmed uniformed security guard on scene will speak with officers.
