A woman went into a library and reported she was involved in a domestic dispute. She and a man had a verbal argument in the parking lot. The woman and man were described by their age, height, clothing, and that the man carried a black bag. They then left the area and went to a Walmart across the street. The assistant manager at Walmart reported the situation but did not want to speak with officers directly.
