Person threatened with assault near Leesburg Pike

Caller's request to speak to officers about a black male, gray shirt, brown pants, who threatened to assault the (name withheld) and he told him to stop cursing, possibly to pee.

Difficult to understand.

There's also a suspicious person call for that same area for a black male or female wearing all white.

Appears to be putting perfume samples out over near the building.

Unknown if it was the same person or not.
