I'm just letting you know I just received a report of a BOR going to be right off of State Highway 30 and 130th Avenue in Pipestone County here RMP states that the driver is in the ditch on the side of the road believed the driver to be impaired with a child in the vehicle they did have help coming I do have deputies en route.
