I was driving home and as soon as I turned on to school St I notice a male trying to pick up another male who was laying on the curb I stopped to help his friend was really trying to get him up but the man was in pain his friend didn't want me to call 911 for help because they both had been drinking I saw blood on side of his head so I called 911 I asked the man what happened he said he fell and that he was a diabetic and homeless he kept closing his eyes but Id tell him to wake up PPD came fast and I had to stay and translate tell another officer got there there was a shopping cart with recycles I see him offen walking on school street I hope they keep him in hospital tonight cuz it's to cold for an old person to be out in this cold I hope he's ok though
