We're going to be with an ETA of about, let's say, about 16 minutes.

We're coming from UT Pittsburgh.

We are coming with a patient that was, they found free air in her abdomen.

She's got a perforated viscus.

They got in and they noticed that she was bleeding a whole lot in her abdomen.

They have it packed.

It's on a wound back at this time.

She is intubated, of course, on a ventilator.

We are infusing the 5th unit at this time.

She is on levo at .17 .

We also have her on ketamine for sedation at 1 mg per kilo.

So vitals at this time, we have sinus rhythm at 99, SpO2 98%, by vents.

Before that we were getting like 100s over 50s to 60s.
