Neighbor dispute over abandoned vehicle leads to harassment
Disorderly ConductI was spit back by (name withheld). That's an ongoing neighbor dispute here at 15 Plow Street. I guess the, it's involving three houses. 15 Plow Street and 17 Plow Street are both collective victims. Because the third neighbor has been harassing both houses, apparently over an abandoned vehicle. While they were speaking to (name withheld), this actor came out was toning on the door. They spit it back to send the officer out.
