Suspicious van stopping at homes on Railroad Street

(unit_identifier – do_not_mask), can you head over onto Railroad Street for a report of a oddly tinted blue and green van that's been randomly stopping at houses, circling the blocks? Now been parked on the side of the road for about ten or so minutes.
