Two-vehicle crash with one injured driver in Lake Wales

Emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle crash at North Scenic Highway and Egg Farm Road in Lake Wales involving two vehicles, a blue and silver pickup truck and a blue car. When firefighters arrived, both vehicles had minor to moderate damage and everyone was out of the vehicles. One driver had seatbelt marks and chest pain and did not want to be taken by the first crew, so an ambulance was requested to check and possibly transport that person. Law enforcement was on the scene checking for any other injuries.
