Man who tried to hang himself seen near treatment center

The caller (name withheld) says a client threatened to harm himself yesterday by hanging and was sent to the hospital yesterday, and he's now currently standing across the street.

They're not sure how he was released yesterday.

His name is it's going to be a black male, (name withheld), (number withheld) years of age, with a black beard.

They're worried for him since he attempted to hang himself yesterday and he was not transported to the hospital.
