Caller reports harassment and reckless driving

Three one.

Coming from the address of (number withheld) South State Street, caller states that son's girlfriend had took her phone from him and then threw it out the window.

Then was speeding down the road, yelling at the caller, driving erratically down the road in a black Lincoln.

She then headed east off South State Street.

Caller states that she lives over by the golf course.

Would like to make a report.
