Suspicious person sitting on front porch

It should be the 1st house going off of the main drag on the north side, going to the west.

My caller's saying there's a male subject sitting on that porch, front porch, in bright orange shoes, and she was advised.

That male subject is the person that was looking in people's vehicles the other night, and that the homeowner is not home there.
