Man suffers heat-related illness at construction site

Sounds like he's been working up in the heat for the last two days.

He also was diagnosed with pneumonia three weeks ago and then sounded like he finished the antibiotics.

I don't think that it may have something to do with this, but I think this is more heat related than that.

He's afebrile for me, 97 on the temperature.

Initially, he was pretty tachy, 120.

Breathing 116 over 80.

He's got about a half liter in now.

Heart rate's down to 98 with a blood pressure 118 over 70.

No other significant medical history, meds or allergies.
