Reckless van towing trailer with children on tubes

San Marcos Highway and Prairie Lea at River Street.

Caller states that there's a river camp van that is pulling a trailer, which is loaded with tubes, and there are two kids, between the ages of (number withheld) and (number withheld), that are riding on the trailer with the tubes.

It turned onto River Street.

Caller no longer has eyes on that vehicle.
