Landlord reportedly confronts tenant with a gun

(name withheld) wants to call.

She calls 911 to advise five to ten ago she was in a vehicle outside her unit and the landlord (name withheld), unknown last name, 60s, 70s approached her being a very aggressive demeanor with a knife.

He was just holding it next to her, demanding to know what she was doing there.

She's very upset, thinks the male possibly did not recognize her right away, but still said he was holding a gun.

He took off in his vehicle and fled to the property.
