Stray dog reported acting aggressively toward woman

It's going to be in reference to a stray dog in the area of (number withheld) Locust Street.

Caller advised she's called about this before and was told that if the dog comes back around, take a photo of it and call it back in.

She advised they just saw it.

She has a photo and it came up to her mother in an aggressive way.
