Does sound like someone is trying to poison some animals. Sad people do this. My neighbor's dog got hit by a truck a few nights ago in the pouring rain, I told him the night before to not let him roam. Now his dog is dead. If you have animals then take care of them but it still doesn't give any right to harm them.
