She's complaint today is going to be an unwitnessed fall.

We are coming to you from a nursing home.

Patient is in the memory care unit at Sunrise Nursing and Memory Care.

She does have a history of Alzheimer's.

And is acting, which her mental orientation is consistent with her normal presentation.

Patient is on eliquis.

She has no pain or complaints from this fall, and she has a little to no memory of it.

But staff says that they found her on the ground by her bed.
