Woman tries to take child from car in Reading

The white female last seen wearing a (description withheld) with blue writing and (description withheld) opened the complainant's car door and tried to take her child.

Came to complainant's window and asked the child's name.

Last seen going around the side of the apartment building.

Complainant believes she lives here.

Complainant will be waiting in a black Tahoe.
