For a seventy-two year old male, conscious, alert, breathing normally at this time, with cardiac history, possible heart attack, stating sudden onset of chest pain, dizziness, sweating, and feeling hot.

Repeating for Windsor Ambulance, Redding Fire, Reading Rescue responding (number withheld) Bailey's Mills Road in Reading for a seventy-two year old male with cardiac history, sudden onset of chest pain, dizziness, sweating, feeling hot.

He did collapse to the ground.

Did not lose consciousness.
