The RP is requesting a welfare check on a friend (name withheld), born in '02.

They were on the phone with each other 15 minutes ago and the subject (name withheld) abruptly hung up after they were having a difficult conversation, which is unlike them.

RP's concerned that they are very intoxicated.

And possibly a suicidal ideation because of vague, vague statements that were made.

They should live alone and not diagnosed with any medical or mental health concerns.
