Man appears to overdose outside apartment complex

The RP is stating that they're outside the location next to the Boeing Credit Union.

There is a male lying on the ground, appears to be overdosing with no weapon seen.

A white male in his forties, five eight to five nine, thin build, wearing a black hoodie, black or white basketball shorts and sandals.
