Welfare check requested for woman after hospital discharge

We have a pending welfare check being logged at (number withheld) East Charles Street.

Our caller's sister had been pretty ill, had gone to the hospital, but ended up signing herself out AMA, and the caller hasn't gotten a hold of her since then.

So they're wanting her residence checked to see if she's home.
