Welfare check requested for ill woman at home

Caller's advising that their sister (name withheld) had been pretty ill, had been in the hospital, but signed herself out AMA, and the caller hasn't been able to get a hold of her since then.

She does have a white van.

It's possibly a Grand Caravan or something similar.

The caller would just want a location check to see if she's there.

They're not interested in making any sort of report.

In fact, the caller was planning to go to bed, but they would like a voicemail with the disposition.
