Welfare check after report of mother pulling child’s hair

Coming out of the Bryan County D back, I am going to check on a (number withheld).

When D back got a report in the 18th of August, they had gotten a report about mom and daughter getting into a small fight with mom pulling daughter's hair.

Mom is known to not cooperate with law enforcement.

There are two other people in the home: one being a (number withheld) female and autistic, eighteen-year-old female.
