Reckless driver reported near Colonel Road area

All central units, I mean the area of Love's Travel Stop, Colonel Road, and Boonesboro Road.

Caller advised a grayish older passenger car with a male operator was passing a number of vehicles in a no passing zone as well as traveling at high rates of speed, headed towards Richmond from Winchester.

Caller had lost visual at time of call.

Again, it's going to be a grayish older passenger car with a male operator, traveling at high rates of speed, as well as passing in no passing zones.
